Seit 2018 bin ich Notar in Köln und führe das Notariat am Gereonshof 2 seit 2024 allein.
Ich beurkunde auf Deutsch, Englisch und Spanisch. Zugleich bin ich Amtsnachfolger der Notare Dr. Erich Schmitz, Dr. Klaus Piehler und Dr. Benedikt Schmitz und verwahre deren Urkunden.
Als Notar bin ich unparteiisch und wahre die Interessen aller Beteiligten gleichermaßen.
Directions
On foot/by streetcar: The notary's office can be reached within 10 minutes from Cologne Central Station. Walk west along the street "An den Dominikanern" and turn into "Gereonsdriesch". The subway station "Appellhofplatz" (tram lines 3, 4, 5, 16, and 18) is about 100 meters from the notary's office.
Sie erreichen uns mit dem PKW, indem Sie von der "Gereonstraße" in die Straße "Gereonsdriesch" und von dort in den "Gereonshof" einbiegen.
Our parking spaces are reserved for you. Please drive into the courtyard entrance next to our office building; the parking spaces for our notary's office in Cologne are directly on the right-hand side.
